Swiftpaws ears perk up. She looked around noticing Sa was gone again. She sighed and decided to wait.

i awake and look around groggily. i stretch and then look at swiftpaw. "okay, femme, we start your training now. fifty laps around the perimieter of the valley. the slowest you can go is a jog. get to it" i then started to stretch out my legs

*As I walk deeper into the forest, I start to hear whispers, and I look around. The forest animals had gathered, and were staring at me intently.*

Swiftpaw began running around the valley and had done fifty laps around the permiiter in 10 minutes. (power)

*I walk to the crowd, which just stares at me. After snapping the neck of a rather large rabbit, they quickly run to hide, and I carry my easy catch back to the group.*

i nod to sabela then turn back to swiftpaw. now do one hundred laps without slowing down from a sprint. if you collapse, get back up. we are going to run you until you break today, femme" i grinned a bit
